Customer Relations:
All customer transactions are to be treated with equal importance in a prompt, courteous and timely manner.
Sales:
All sales are final. Coastal Discount Computers will repair or replace defective items. No FREE returns will be accepted for
non-defective items. Customers have the option of exchanging a non-defective item for another of equal or higer retail value.
Customers who do not desire a replacement, exchange or repair will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. There are absolutely NO
RETURNS on memory modules and specific customer special order items. Special order items are to be PRE-PAID prior to order.

Repairs & Service
Services, upgrades and repairs are based on the content of customer request. Customer operational problems CANNOT be
resolved without full and clear communication of these problems at time of service check-in. Customers are required to BACK-UP
all valuable data prior to presenting their system(s) for service. Coastal Discount Computers is NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss of
data. Complete reinstallation of the an Operating System will require formatting the Hard Drive resulting in total data loss.
Customers must have their Operating System Registration Number available to the service department for legal reinstallation.

and local personal checks with proper identification. (Credit card fraud and worthless checks will be prosecuted to the full extent
of the law. Returned checks require payment of $35.00 fee plus amount of check in cash to clear the debt). Financing is available
through American General Finance. (Customers must fill-in AGF credit application in the store and receive an authorized credit
approval based on past credit history). Store Lay-a-way is available.
